| What are they kidding? I am an experienced investor, mainly residential. I get lists from banks and research foreclosures and boy oh boy are the lists long!!! I put a least 10 bids a week on homes that were foreclosed upon and the banks don't accept any of them. Are they crazy at the prices that they are asking? It is horrible how many people are in need to sell their homes due to financial difficulties.
In South Carolina alone in the last 3 mo. of 2006 1 out of 14 of adjustible rate mortgages were foreclosed on. They are predicting this will increase to 17%.
